Dirty and filthy
This beauty salon, Canyon Falls Las Vegas was supposed to be a high-end salon. This is far from the truth. I went there expecting a sleek, modern facility with excellent staff, but I was sorely disappointed. The salon was dirty and unkept, the staff and managers there were unprofessional and the whole place just felt unsanitary. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
I really can’t believe the state of that salon. I wouldn’t send my dog there, let alone a person! This just goes to show how important it is to maintain cleanliness and a good appearance. How many people walked into that salon only to walk straight back out again, like I did? It’s just awful!
I will never go back there again! They seriously need to improve their service and clean their facility! And I mean super – clean it! That place was just nasty! I was horrified, especially since i had sent these people clients. Well, those days are over. I am spreading the word and all those clients I sent them are going to hear about these unprofessional and unsanitary conditions. This salon is going to loose a lot of business out of Las Vegas!

This salon is "suppose" to be high end. But with my experience, it was not what I anticipated. The workers/managers were very unprofessional, and the salon was very dirty and unsanitary! I will never go back until they clean there salon & have better service. Im appalled that I had to complain! Never again! I brought these people many many clients and now MY word will get around and they will lose a lot of business and money flow in las vegas!
