Advertising sports schedule
This national telemarketing company misled businesses to think they were purchasing the University of Missouri Baseball sports schedule poster. They timed their sales to coincide with the "authentic" sports schedule sales that IS affiliated with the University. I have spoken to many of the businesses involved and 100% feel they were misled and taken by D & D. I am filing an attorney general complaint. Our team colors are black and gold and they put a player with a red helmet in the ad. The poster is so embarrassing I have been told by other businesses they are destroying them so they won't look so absurdly stupid. When brought to the attention of the company the VP said they had a disclaimer on their website that said they had no affiliation with the University and his salesman had been there two years with no complaints. He seemed to not care at all that I confirmed businesses who felt they were misled.

I'm so sorry that you felt you were misled with our Advertising program. It is not our intention at all to mislead any one of our potential customers into thinking we are affiliated with any University or college programs. This is why we state a disclaimer is on all our company documents, website, etc.
D & D Advertising has been serving thousands of customers nationally for 25 years with integrity. Our results are a high rate of satisfied customers. D & D Advertising does an excellent job providing customers an affordable way to advertise their business on sports schedules that will NOT include trademark logos etc. Since our expertise is advertising it is all about getting exposure for our customers, not supporting any college or university name or trademark. D & D advertising sales associates are to clarify any misunderstanding if they are aware of a customer assuming we are with any such school program. Also, we are not aware of any attorney general complaints filed against us. We have had no notification of any such filings or complaints.
