EZContacts EZContacts Fails to Deliver on Promised Delivery Date: A Frustrating Experience

My kiddo's got her heart set on some groovy spectacles she spied at the optometrist, but they weren't set to arrive for nearly two weeks! After cagey research on the interwebs, I found the same glasses for sale on EZContacts, with delivery promises of a mere 5-7 days. Hot dog!

Let's fast-forward to now. Here we are, still waiting on my daughter's glasses, and the deadline is drawing nigh. I've been haranguing EZContacts to get cracking on that order, but I've received nothing but bland corporatespeak in return. They keep warbling on about "significant" delays from the vendor, yet when I placed my purchase, there wasn't one hint of an issue. If I'd known, I would've just bitten the bullet and gone through the eye doctor's office.

To be fair, I will say that the person "helping" me, Abby, seems like she's trying to be gracious in her responses. However, her "solutions" include offering alternative glasses that may or may not arrive faster, and no one cares about that. We want our original frames, darn it! Despite repeatedly asking to chat with someone in management, Abby doesn't seem interested in doing anything but deflecting and dodging the request. So here we are: my kid's gonna start the school year with busted glasses and an out-of-date prescription.

It's like talking to a brick wall with this company, but I'm hoping that maybe, just maybe, writing this review will finally light a fire under their behinds and they'll show some initiative. It's not like I'm asking for the moon here, folks—I just want some solid customer service, not some canned responses.

EZContacts Cautionary Review of EZContacts.com - Poor Quality and Delayed Delivery

So, I wanted to share my experience with EZContacts.com, a website where you can buy glasses. I must say, it was not a smooth ride. I placed an order for my new glasses on June 19th, paid for the fast delivery option, and expected to get them soon. But I didn't receive anything until 4 weeks later. At first, I thought that the pandemic might have caused some delay, so I was patient. But each time I called to ask about my order, they told me different things. Sometimes, I was told that my glasses were being worked on, other times that they were in the lab, and once, I was told that the frames broke and they needed to order a new one.

Finally, I got my glasses. But only after 2 weeks, my lenses started to scratch. They gave me a cleaning cloth that I used carefully. But I think the lens coating was poor quality. I got scratch-resistant glasses, but the coating did not last even 2 weeks. I reached out to them via email and phone, but their response was not satisfactory. They asked me to return the glasses, and it would take 4+ weeks to send me a new one - but I had to pay for it! I was in disbelief.

So, I am now contemplating filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. I warn anyone looking to buy glasses to be very careful dealing with this company. My sister also ordered glasses from them earlier in June, and she only received one pair so far - and it's already August 18th!

Overall, I recommend you proceed with caution when shopping at EZContacts.com.

EZContacts Stay Away from EZContacts: Total Lack of Customer Service and Transparency

Ordered glasses from EZContacts back in 12/18/2022, and guess what? It's now the beginning of February of 2023 and I still have yet to receive my order. I tried to contact them to get a status update, but they ignored my emails, and they refused to take phone calls. This company is a total disaster.

They keep messing up every part of the transaction including not being transparent with the delay, refusing to cancel my order, and not listening to customer requests to talk to a manager. The worst thing is that they have shown absolutely no regard for the customer at all, and they seem to think that taking all the power in the transaction means they can treat us like dirt.

I am appalled and taken aback by how shabby their treatment of their customers is. I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my entire adult life. I strongly advise you to look into ANY other company when you need eyewear supplies. The savings that EZContacts offers just aren't worth dealing with the nightmare that this company has become.

I had submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau which was ignored, but they will not be able to ignore the fact that I was desperate enough to go all the way on this company and write a review. I have been trying to speak to a manager for a while now, but they have ignored my requests. This type of incompetence and total lack of interest in the customer is truly astonishing.

Not to mention, the other personnel involved are not any more reliable or helpful. I can say without a doubt in my mind that until this company offers better customer service, and enforces fair business tactics, I will never even think of ordering from EZContacts again. This has been such a frustratingly awful experience, and I hope others out there can avoid it and direct their business to more respectful companies.

EZContacts Frustrating experience with EZContacts: Delayed shipping, poor customer service, and unanswered chat requests

EZContacts, honestly, not the best experience. I had high hopes when I placed my order for sunglasses on Sunday 6/26, with the intent to receive them by Friday 7/1, thanks to the expedited 2 Day shipping I paid for. However, come Wednesday 6/29, I only received a shipping email. No biggie, I thought, they should still arrive on Friday. Except, when I checked the tracking, it showed that my sunglasses didn't even ship until Thursday 6/30! Worse yet, with the 4th of July holiday, my order wasn't even expected to arrive until Tuesday 7/5 - a whopping 9 days after I initially placed the order.

Frustrated, I tried calling customer service multiple times on Friday 7/1. When I finally got through, the representative confirmed that the company messed up, and offered to refund my expedited shipping charges. But then, to my annoyance, they had to transfer me to another department to issue the refund. I was put on hold for a good 35 minutes - a truly trying experience - only to eventually give up, as I had to get back to work.

I decided to try using their chat feature instead. I sent through my issue, only to be told that someone would respond in a few hours. However, I was left hanging, and never received a response to my chat request. Frustrated, I tried calling in again, only to find that customer service was closed - at 12:45 pm on a Friday, no less!

All in all, it was a horrible experience with EZContacts. At this point, I just hope that my sunglasses aren't counterfeit - but I’m not getting my hopes up.

EZContacts Beware of Buying from EZContacts: My Experience with Counterfeit Products and Defective Lenses

I recently had a less-than-pleasant experience with EZContacts and I wanted to share my complaints so that others can be aware. I purchased 3 boxes of 1-day Acuvue Moist 90 pack on September 17th, 2020, for my boyfriend and paid a total of $205.80. Unfortunately, he felt that the lenses were uncomfortable on his eyes and they tore twice within a week.

The tears in the lenses caused a lot of irritation and it was dangerous because the torn material could drift elsewhere in his eyes. This was not the first time we had issues with defective lenses from EZContacts. In the past, we had received boxes with wrinkled lenses or cases where the liquid had dried up, but nothing like this. We also compared the packaging to the ones my boyfriend got from his optometrist and noticed that there were differences in the color tone and language on the boxes.

I decided to do some research online and I found out that EZContacts has been known to sell counterfeit products. This is particularly concerning as contact lenses are one of the most counterfeited products in the world. As I reflect on my previous experiences with this website, I realize that I may have unwittingly bought fake products before.

To make matters worse, I also purchased a pair of RayBan sunglasses (model RB4320CH) from EZContacts on the same day and it looks different from the one I had purchased from a RayBan store. I had already experienced a feeling that something was off when I first wore them, but I trusted the company and thought that it may just be a minor difference.

All in all, I am extremely disappointed by my experiences with EZContacts. I have had to block the seller from my credit card and I will never buy from them again. I strongly encourage others to purchase contact lenses and glasses from verified sources to avoid the risks of dangerous, defective or counterfeit products.

EZContacts Disappointing Experience with EZContacts: Lack of Transparency and Inaccurate Ship Time Proves Frustrating

So, I gotta say, my experience with EZContacts wasn’t the greatest. Here’s the deal: I was looking to get some new RX eyeglasses and I found their site, ezcontacts.com. They had a standard policy to ship RX orders within 3-5 business days, which sounded pretty good to me. Since I was planning on traveling out of the country in a couple of weeks, I decided to splurge and pay for expedited shipping, just to be safe.

Well, that was on April 6th. I checked the order status every day, but it never moved. I was tryna be patient, I really was. But by April 15th, which was after 7 business days, I was getting a little antsy. I messaged their support team and they sent me a response pretty quickly. But it was basically a canned message saying it would take 5-7 business days to ship.

Here’s the kicker, though: an hour later, I saw a message on their site saying they were closing down for Passover for the next 10 days, until April 25th. Um, excuse me? Why would you tell me it’s gonna take 5-7 business days when you’re about to close for 10 days? That’s shady AF, if you ask me. I cancelled my order, obviously. Who knows if I would have gotten it in time for my trip or not.

I get it, people need holidays. But come on, you can’t just close down for 10 days without telling me that up front. And it’s not like they were gonna ship my glasses out before they closed either. It’s all just really frustrating. I really wish they had told me the truth from the beginning. Or at least been honest when I messaged them, instead of giving me a canned response an hour before they were gonna close for over a week.

Basically, I’m not impressed with EZContacts. They should be more transparent with their customers if they want to keep them happy. I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else to get my glasses.

EZContacts Mixed Experience with EZContacts: A Decent Start but Disappointing End

I gotta say, I had a pretty decent start with EZContacts. I made my order on May 10th and by May 16th my product was shipped and on its way to me. But then things took a turn for the worse. My package seemed to have been stuck in FedEx's Memphis Tennessee location for some time, which was a little concerning for me. So, on May 23rd, I decided to reach out to EZContact's customer support team and express my concern.

Unfortunately, the customer service representative just told me to contact FedEx and see if they could help me. That wasn't really what I was hoping for. Luckily, the people at FedEx were very helpful and confirmed that my package was, in fact, lost. I let EZ Contacts know about this, and they assured me that they would file a claim and that there wouldn't be a long wait time since the package was marked as lost.

Now, this is where things really started to go downhill. It took until May 31st for EZContacts to finally send me a link to fill out my claim. Unfortunately, the link was broken! I had to contact customer support again to get a proper link. Once I finally got the link, I filled out the form and sent it back. I sent an email on June 1st to confirm that they received my claims paperwork, but I didn't get any response. So, on June 7th, I asked for an update on my claim. And no response…again.

All of this waiting and chasing up, all the way to June 10th when I finally got a response - but not the one I was hoping for. FedEx had denied my claim. I'm not sure if that's because I had already contacted FedEx and they had already initiated my claim, or if EZContacts did it for me and somehow messed it up. It's all very confusing.

It's now been over a month since I made that order and as of June 13th, there has still been no resolution. I wish they'd just send me a replacement product or do something to sort this out. After all of this waiting and chasing down, I've finally decided to just put in for a return. Luckily, that was accepted.

Overall, my experience with EZContacts started off well, but ended up pretty disappointing. So, if you do decide to use them, just don't expect great customer service if something goes wrong.

EZContacts Unethical Business Practices: My Experience with EZContacts

I had done business with EZContacts in the past and everything had been great. No complaints whatsoever. So, on October 5th, 2022, I thought I'd order some contacts from them again since I had such a good experience before. Little did I know that this time would be a completely different story.

After weeks of waiting, my contacts never arrived. I started to get concerned and decided to reach out to the customer service team at EZContacts. It wasn't long before I received a reply that informed me that the package had been lost in transit. However, when I checked the tracking information, it said that the package had never left the facility.

Communication with them had been slow and erratic. They were taking weeks to respond to simple emails and when they finally did respond, it seemed like they were giving me the runaround. Their excuse for the delay was that they had a holiday on October 18th, which slowed things down. When they finally got back to me, they said that they had to make a claim with USPS to find out where my package was.

It took almost 2 weeks of "processing a claim" before I finally filled out the proper documents. I thought that would be the end of it but EZContacts had other plans. They decided to reship the product instead of giving me a refund. This was after more than a month had passed since my initial order.

I eventually found out that I wasn't the only one who was affected by the poor service from this company. Other people on Instagram were also complaining about not receiving their orders.

I sent an email to the customer service rep about the issue and they removed the comment section from all over their Instagram posts. This seemed really suspicious to me.

After I told them that I didn't want the order reshipped and that I wanted a refund, they reshipped the item anyway. They seemed adamant that they didn't want to give me a refund. They went as far to send me a shipping confirmation but ignored my various emails reminding them that I'd rather have a refund than a reshipment.

I've been really disappointed with EZContacts' business practices. They never offered me a discount for the delay or anything. After a week of bothering them and notifying my bank of the terrible business practices, I filed for a dispute. Finally, EZContacts started processing a refund.

However, the saga continued when I received a package in the mail from them and it wasn't even what I ordered. It was a box of sample contacts that weren't even for selling.

In conclusion, it's really disappointing that EZContacts couldn't just own up to their mistake and make things right from the beginning. They had to screw over and lie to their customers, which is really unethical. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I suggest that you stay away from them if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

EZContacts Disappointing experience with ezcontacts.com - slow shipping, made wrong, blamed for mistake. Lessons learned

Ordered glasses from ezcontacts.com. Was hoping to get them fast, but it took longer than expected. They said 5 business days, but it took 10. Then it was another 6 days until I received them through DHL and post office delivery. Got vague responses to my emails asking for specifics on when my glasses would arrive. Finally got them and they were made wrong. Customer service said it was my fault for leaving out information in the script. I thought I had entered everything correctly, but should have sent over the actual script for verification. Lesson learned. Now I have to send my glasses back and wait for them to make the correct lenses. Might have been better to order from the place I got my glasses in the past instead of trying to save some money. They should be more specific about turnaround time and have more information about the manufacturing process. Vague responses are frustrating.

EZContacts EZContacts Review: Dishonest Service and Poor Communication, Don't Buy Until You Call to Confirm Stock Availability

I have had a frustrating experience with EZContacts. It has been months since I ordered from them, and they have not delivered my glasses or given me a satisfactory explanation as to why. I have contacted them multiple times, but they consistently lie about the sale and never credit my account. It's the biggest scam I've ever experienced. I've read positive reviews about them, and I understand that some customers have had a good experience, but I caution anyone who wants to do business with them. If they don't have your glasses in stock, they will hold your money and not apologize. Their customer service is poor, and they don't care about their customers. They never stop lying.

I'm still waiting for EZContacts to refund my full amount of $418.45. It's the third time I've written to them, and I still haven't received my money. I feel like they are holding my money hostage, and I'm angry. I've had to involve my lawyer and call my credit card company to resolve this matter. It's terrible. I'm warning you now, don't buy from them until you call to make sure the glasses are in stock. Save yourself the trouble, it's not worth it.

They charge an extra fee for expedited shipping, but they fail to mention that it doesn't speed up the processing time. I find that misleading and dishonest. Another issue I have with EZContacts is that they don't communicate with their customers well enough. In one of their confirmation emails, they said I'd receive my glasses in one business day. That wasn't true, and they failed to mention anywhere in the fine print that expedited shipping doesn't speed up the processing time. It's just misleading and fraudulent behavior.

I'm not the only customer who has experienced poor service from EZContacts. If you look at the screenshots below, you'll see what I mean. Customers are led to believe that the glasses are in stock, and they pay the additional fee for faster shipping. EZContacts fails to mention that the glasses are out of stock or that they'll arrive later than the stated delivery date. It's just dishonest behavior that is unacceptable.

I implore EZContacts to refund my money immediately and treat their customers better. I shouldn't have to involve my lawyer to resolve this issue. It's their responsibility to be honest and communicate with their customers. I hope they improve their services so that other customers don't have to go through what I have.

EZContacts Disappointed with EZContacts: Order Delayed, Poor Customer Service, and Lack of Updates

I'm quite disappointed with EZContacts, it's been weeks since I ordered my glasses on September 19th and it still hasn't arrived! I've paid for it and everything but when I track my order, all I see is 'ordered but not shipped yet'. It leaves me feeling anxious and unsure if my order is really being taken care of.

As a full-time computer user, I urgently need my glasses to help me see things better, so I can work without difficulty. I sent a message on Oct 4th through their website hoping they could give me an update on my order, but unfortunately, I got an email saying EZContacts will be closed until Oct 5th in observance of the Yom Kippur Holiday. I completely understand if they need a break, but where does this leave me?

On Oct 7th, I decided to message them again since there's still no update or news about my order. And again, I received an email saying that they're closed until Oct 19th due to the Sukkos Holiday! Seriously? Don't get me wrong, I respect their religious beliefs, but as a customer, this is not good customer service.

Right now, I'm not sure if the website is legit and I'm feeling worried about my money and order. I'm planning to report them if there's still no updates soon. I hope they'll respond to my inquiry after they reopen, but if not, I want my money back! This has been such a frustrating experience.

EZContacts Poor Customer Service and Exchanges with EZContacts

I just wanted to let you know about my recent experience with EZContacts (ezcontacts.com). Recently, I purchased two pairs of ray ban RB3136 sunglasses on September the 25th of this year. Unfortunately, when my order arrived on October 3rd, it became quite apparent that neither pair fit me properly. So, I decided to start an exchange process with the company by calling their customer service number.
To my dismay, nobody answered my calls, so I resorted to using their chat function online. The website itself only allowed me to initiate a return, so I tried to get in contact with the customer service team to make the exchange. The next day after my call, I received a reply from them saying they would be closed for the Yom Kippur Holiday until October 5th.
However, after October 5th, I still couldn't reach anyone over the phone or chat. I tried to connect with them and made over a dozen calls and used their chat function several times to communicate with them, but still, no one picked up. Finally, on October 7th, I received another automated reply that they would be closed through Tuesday, October 18th, in observance of the Sukkos Holiday. All the while, I was left in the dark as to what was happening with my order and the intended exchange.
I'm not sure if this company is fraudulent or simply provides poor customer service, but either way, I was extremely disappointed in the experience. The customer service was some of the worst I've ever received. Eventually, I had no choice but to return the sunglasses they shipped me and was hit with a $8.95 shipping charge.
I can't recommend this company to anyone. Going forward, I'll be ordering from a different shop and hope to receive better treatment. As I mentioned, I'm now in the process of returning the shipment and will be waiting to see if they refund me as they should. Overall, my experience with EZContacts was nothing short of discouraging.

EZContacts EZContacts Review: Frustrating Experience with Delays, Miscommunication, and Poor Customer Service

So, I had this really weird experience with EZContacts. I bought this cool pair of Persol sunglasses and, according to my tracking info, they were supposed to arrive in 3 days. Since I was working from home that day, I was looking forward to them coming right to my door. But guess what? No glasses were delivered.

I tried calling their phone number, but it was like playing hide and seek with a ghost because I couldn't reach anyone. So, I decided to shoot them an email about my missing glasses. Finally, someone responded and told me that the glasses had arrived, but I could try calling another number.

After a 15-minute wait on hold, someone finally picked up, but it felt like they were trying to transfer me to someone else because I kept being put on hold, or worse, the call was always being dropped. I honestly had enough and decided to explain my problem to the first person who picked up. But sadly, after taking my number, they told me they would call back but, you guessed it, no call ever came.

For two whole days, I kept sending emails and trying to call them, but all my efforts were fruitless. It wasn't until I received an email stating that they would solve my problem within 10 days that I gave up on them altogether. Sadly, the 10 days would be after my travel date, which really got me mad.

In the end, I received the sunglasses two weeks later but had to return it because I already bought another pair for my trip. The whole experience was super frustrating and felt like I was dealing with some ghost company of two people, bouncing me from one place to another, avoiding direct communication. It was really annoying!

EZContacts Frustration and Feedback: My Experience with EZContacts

My experience with EZContacts was, to put it mildly, quite frustrating. I had placed an order with them on the 5th of October, only to find out later that the company was going to shut down for nearly half of the month. While I understand that this can be beyond their control, I was disappointed that they didn't bother to notify their customers of the halt in operations. It felt like they were leaving us in the dark and didn't care about the inconvenience it would cause.

The delay in fulfilling my order lasted nearly three weeks, which was quite long. While I wouldn't exactly call this a "positive" experience, I think that there's a lesson for all businesses here. Customers appreciate transparency and effective communication, especially during challenging times. Even though the delays were frustrating, I'm glad that EZContacts took my feedback and implemented changes to prevent similar issues down the line. If they keep up this level of openness, I might consider shopping with them again in the future.

EZContacts EZContacts Review: Horrible Customer Service and Shoddy Products

I wanted to save some bucks and bought my contact lenses from EZContacts. I got me air optix gray prescription contacts, and this website was advertising them for a few dollars cheaper than other websites. I thought it was a great deal, but BOY WAS I WRONG. When I received the shipment, I noticed that I had two different shades of gray. One shade was lighter than the other, which is not the look I was going for. I immediately called their customer service team. The rep was VERY RUDE to me. She wanted me to return them and get "plano" contacts, which are like clear ones. Now, I don't want any color of the air optix because that's the one I normally wear, and I can't wear anything else due to my health reasons. I explained it to her, but she didn't care. They lied and said they're out of stock of the contacts I ordered, but I knew it was a lie because I saw that they had plenty in inventory when I placed a "fake" order.

The person who was emailing me was named *. She was very disrespectful throughout the whole process. She didn't bother to help solve my problem at all. She was pretty much like, "Take it or leave it." She didn't offer me a refund, and when I told her I wanted a return, she refused that too. I even took screenshots of the conversation, the contacts themselves, my real order, and the "fake" order I placed to prove my point. I paid almost $200 but had to wear two different colored contacts. It was THEIR mistake, not mine, but EZContacts didn't care.

I'm never buying from them again. Next time, I'll opt for a trusted website even if it costs me a few more dollars. At least their customer service will listen to my concerns and help me solve the issue. EZContacts is a scam website with horrible customer service. If you don't want to waste your money and get disrespected, don't buy from them!

EZContacts Disappointed with Burberry Sunglasses from EZContacts and Poor Customer Service: A Review

I bought some Burberry sunglasses from EZContacts when I was planning my trip and boy, was I disappointed when I received them! They looked so cheap, it was like they were made for little kids to play dress-up with. I felt really bummed about it and just couldn't see myself wearing them, so I decided to send them back.

Luckily, I had saved the receipt from the post office because it turned out to be a real pain. It was July 27th when I shipped the glasses back to EZContacts, but I never heard anything for weeks. It was already mid-August and I hadn't gotten any kind of refund. I was starting to worry that I was never going to see my money again!

So I finally decided to email them and find out what was going on. The customer service person asked for my tracking number, which I'm glad I had because otherwise, they might have just kept my money and the glasses. After I gave them the tracking info, they said I would get my refund in 3-5 days and they'd send me an email to confirm. But guess what? A week went by and nothing happened!

So I emailed them AGAIN to ask what was going on, and they said it would be another 2-3 weeks! Can you even imagine? Waiting that long just for a refund? It's ridiculous!

At that point, I was so frustrated that I just decided to call my bank and have them handle it. I'm not sure what kind of company EZContacts is running, but it seems to me like they don't really care about their customers at all. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I'm pretty skeptical of all the reviews I've seen online. I'm starting to think they might not be real.

EZContacts Horrible Customer Service and No Communication - My Experience with Ezcontacts.com

I just canceled my order after 16 biz days and 26 days later with no word from ezcontacts.com. I actually called them last week, still saying the same thing that the glasses were on back order. Well, I've ordered many glasses from Oakley, they will tell you even if you're just looking at the glasses whether they're in stock or not. This whole time, I've been checking the sunglasses I ordered from easy contacts, they've been in stock at Oakley. Ezcontacts wants to tell me no, they're not in stock. So then why am I ordering them from Oakley? Now, they said the glasses would probably be here on Friday or Saturday. Worst company I have 'ere dealt with and they don't care that you spent a lot of money and they don't keep you informed about your order. They were only giving me a $50 discount anyways, I'm not kidding when I'm saying it's the worst company I've dealt with so far. I would not recommend them at all. I give them zero stars, they are awful. If you were smart, you would go to anyone else. I hope this can help people make a better choice and not use ezcontacts.com! Here's my order number that is canceled now, *** I called them last week, same story - they do not care one bit about their customers. I received not even an email, a text, anything, even telling me my order was on delay, even after I called them last week.

EZContacts Mixed experience with EZContacts: Easy Ordering, Tough Customer Service & Product Photos

Orderin' online is so easy. It's like buyin' from a store without havin' to leave your bed. I gotta give EZContacts one star for that. But let me tell ya, if anything goes wrong with your order, it's a mess.

I tried to contact their customer service 'cause I had questions about my order and it took days to get a response. Ain't nobody got time for that. They only respond via email and there ain't no live person to talk to. It's like talkin' to a wall.

I was hopin' to exchange the glasses I got 'cause they looked nothin' like the photo online. They did look like a legit brand, but EZContacts gotta work on their product photography. And get this, even though the product ain't what they advertised, I gotta pay for shippin' to return it. That's like steppin' on a Lego.

I had placed an order for my wife's Tory Burch sunglasses for our Mexico trip and paid extra for two-day delivery. But guess what, it's been days and there ain't no tracking info on my order. Ain't no way I'm gonna get my order in time for our trip. Gonna have to cancel it.

Overall, if everything goes smoothly, you'll be happy with the product and the price. But if anything goes wrong, you might as well be talkin' to a brick wall 'cause their customer service ain't helpful at all.

EZContacts Poor Customer Service and False Advertising: My Experience with [Company]

I placed my prescription glasses order on December 19th, 2020, with high hopes to receive them within 5-6 business days, as it was stated on their website. But it's been over 45 days since then, and I am still in the dark about when my glasses will arrive. As a loyal customer, I expected a confirmation email with an estimated delivery time, but have received nothing to date.

I am beginning to question the quality of the glasses that will be delivered and whether the company even holds an inventory for the glasses they advertise on their website. It seems like a case of false advertising to me which is highly misleading, and I am disappointed that I have not received truthful information from this company.

My biggest concern, however, is the customer service experience. I have struggled to get in touch with them, both via phone and email. It has taken them days to respond to my email, and even when they did, the response was inadequate and resulted in no further information about my order. Their customer service team seems to be non-existent, and I have experienced long wait times and unhelpful responses that do not solve my problem.

The lack of updates on order status on their website only adds to my frustration. The website simply says 'processing', with no indication of any progress or when I can reasonably expect my glasses.

Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I deeply regret trusting this company. I urge any potential customers to reconsider their decision to shop with this company to avoid a similar experience.

EZContacts EZContacts Review: Terrible Service, Wrong Brand Sent, No Returns Accepted - Save Yourself the Hassle

I've been buying my contacts from different places for a long time now, like more than 12 years, and let me tell you - this EZContacts site is just straight-up TRASH. Like, not even on the same level as the rest of the places I've bought from. I don't even know where to begin.

Okay, so first of all, I had to WAIT for TWO WHOLE WEEKS for my contacts to even arrive. Like, what kind of service is that? I've never had to wait that long before using any other company. And then, when they FINALLY did arrive, guess what? They were the WRONG BRAND. Like, I had specifically ordered Biotrue because that's what I've been using for years, but they sent me MyDay, which I've never even heard of before. So now I'm out of contacts and I have to try out these new ones that they sent me, which are super uncomfortable. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE.

So I call them up to complain, and what do they tell me? That they won't even take back the WRONG boxes they sent me. Like, what am I supposed to do with them then? They're no use to me! But apparently because I opened them, I can't send them back. ARE.YOU.KIDDING.ME. So now I either have to stick with these terrible contacts for the next 90 days, or shell out DOUBLE the price to get the ones I actually wanted from the beginning. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

This was my first time using this site and it was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, ever. They clearly have no respect for their customers and their service is anything but "easy." Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from EZContacts. It's a solid 0 out of 10, folks.
