An employee engaging in illegal activities, including selling and stealing from the company. She is distributing free soda and chips without paying and has two individuals hanging out in the work area. This employee also smoking and selling drugs on the side of the building with no camaras are Her behavior has been highly concerning to me and hopefully to the workplace she poses a significant problem. She has a history of being arrested at this place of business, and more issues arise with her presence every day.

Desired outcome: for this person to be removed /fired she makeing your business look bad she bad cup of tea for this business
