Customer service went above and beyond to help me. They are Awsome!

It been false information reported to to my credit report multiple times. I was so mad when I saw it! I mean, seriously, how can they just put stuff on there that ain't even true? It's like they don't even care about the damage it can do to someone's credit score. And let me tell you, it's been a real pain trying to get it fixed. I've had to call them up and explain the situation over and over again, and it's like talking to a brick wall. They just keep saying they'll look into it, but nothing ever gets done. It's frustrating, to say the least. I wouldn't recommend Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance, LLC. to anyone. They clearly don't know what they're doing when it comes to reporting accurate information. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.
