This is a complaint against carnival city casino. Firstly one can play thousands of Rands without getting a single cent. How is it possible that one can return to the casino months on end and lose. The last time that I ever won anything decent was a year or 2 ago. Instead of having fun one leaves the casino stressed and depressed because every visit results in major losses! I swear that our cards are manipulated! Can something be done?
Secondly, why does carnival city management allow staff members to interfere on the machines while we are playing.? There is one attendant, a gentleman in particular, at carnival city who actually presses against your machine whole you are playing! He not only does it to one player but to many. Clearly the surveillance footage should pick this up and this attendant should be brought to task as his job is not to gamble with the players but to assist when there is a technical difficulty on the machines!
Carnival city is starting to rip people off and cause distress more than anything else!
Disgusting if you ask me!
