The unit we staying in got flooded due to a blocked drain. Water was ankle high and if I was not still in the unit n it could have bee. Worse.. Water Came up from the shower drain.. Not sure from where

Had to call maintenance 3 times before they came to check it out. We had to stay at the unit until it was resolved by 16:00. An entire day wasted. Housekeeping has to use a vacuum to dry up the water etc.

Upon calling the GM to understand how will we be compensated for the inconvenience and damages... His response was
' its not his fault we left our bags on the floor' and he will see if he will compensate us'

Wow... Is that what the sun city brands stands for.. Considering the cost of a 10 sleeper unit per week... It's quite concerning. In fact irrespective of the size of the unit... The service or client centricity is appalling... To think we own a unit for another 7 years... Is the rudeness worth it.
