Boarding at the airport thursday may 1. time: 21:25.

We both had 1 kg to much in our carryon and it had been accepted at checkin. During the boarding there were 2 people handling it. A lady who just sent everyone onboard, and one guy who lifted some of the bags. We were asked to step to the side and he called after a very aggresive man who weighed our carryon. He demanded that we pay 80 euro each. He refused to accept that it had been cleared and kept yelling "card or cash" at us. He rused our boarding unless we payed. After which he also refused to give us a receipt. This resultet in my dauther who has anciety cried all the way home on the plane.
The complaint is:
We aknowledge that we had to much weight but it had been cleared at checkin. Also there was a diffrence in treatment as one employee just sent everyone through without checkin weight and the other did. The way we were treated by be yelled at like that. And we were denied a receipt for the extra charge.

Desired outcome: Perhaps some compensation.
