Subject: Concerns Regarding Maintenance of Mobile Homes and Rising Lot RentI am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the current state of our mobile home community. Over the past few months, I have observed that many residents are not maintaining their mobile homes, which is contributing to a decline in the overall appearance and quality of our community. This situation is concerning not only for the aesthetics and property value but also for the sense of community pride that we should all strive to uphold.

One possible reason for this lack of maintenance may be financial constraints faced by the residents. It is clear that many of us are struggling to afford necessary repairs and upkeep, which could be addressed by introducing supportive programs or resources. I have previously provided the management with a website that offers assistance programs for mobile home repairs, yet I have not seen any action taken towards this solution. I urge the management to reach out to these programs to explore potential partnerships that can benefit our community.

In addition to the maintenance issues, I am also concerned about the frequent increases in lot rent, which have become burdensome. The rent has increased by approximately $42.00 each time, adding financial pressure on the residents who are already struggling to maintain their homes. This escalation in rent, coupled with the existing maintenance challenges, makes it difficult for many of us to keep our homes in good condition.

I believe that the management has a responsibility to not only ensure the upkeep of the community but also to support its residents in maintaining their homes. By proactively engaging with assistance programs and providing resources to residents, the management can help foster a more vibrant and well-maintained community. I urge you to consider implementing initiatives that support residents in maintaining their homes and address the financial challenges they face. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that we can work together to find solutions that will benefit all residents and improve the quality of our community. I look forward to your prompt response and to seeing positive changes in our community.

Sincerely, Jamie Nelson

Desired outcome: I would love the mangerment to help the residents to fix their mobile home.

I have lived here in the sun community for close to 20 years, they mow the front of the house, if they missed it, we would get a warning on the door, 1 day notice to mow it. The management as material in the street for 3 months, if it was us, we would get a warning, 1 day notice to get it moved. I have put new skirting around my house, and the park put holes in it, and they said 5 months that would that care of it, and still not done. I have taken pictures of how much water that I used, they say that I use 1000 gallons a month, when the meter says differently. When the secretary moved to manager, now they have motorcycles, and new car, I like to have their job making that kind of money. There resident doesn't matter here.
