Sun Communities – Serious Infrastructure (systemic) problems.

Improper grading causes flooding, pooling and standing water at senior citizens homes, shed built on stilts due to massive drainage problems. Rodents, rodent nests built in eaves of homes, sofas allowed on decks for rodents to live and gather nesting material, mosquitoes, overgrown and unmaintained trees and shrubs with no maintenance schedule. Years-long lead-time to respond to critical issues (if any response at all). Lies, evasion, total lack of accountability. Doesn't enforce community rules. Homeowners paying for Sun-owned property repairs out of desperation to save their homes from Suns neglect. Potholes in streets, missing office personnel during working hours, recycle is their motto "ignore, ignore, ignore, give non-answers, flip the script". Immoral, lack of ethical fiber. Holds a "town-hall meeting" in the middle of the day with short notice, making it nearly impossible for many to attend. Culd-e-sac areas of community left unchecked and go rogue. Place female "office workers" in positions they're unqualified to be placed in. "Wizard of Oz" effect. The pictures are proof of these facts. I've had to pay thousands of dollars to protect my home from Sun due to their lack of maintenance to their homesites up-hill of mine. The filthy material is from a rodent nest with a rodent living in the eave of my home. The rodent is filthy, you see the dirt and filth the rodent brought to my metal awning? The nest material is from the neighbor being allowed (despite many complaints) to keep a large living room sofa on their deck where rodents pull stuffing to make nests. The blue shed "on stilts" is a north neighbor that regularly floods. You see the standing water behind that same neighbors' home has nowhere to go but downhill to flood due to the land being completely saturated, causing large fissures and uneven concrete where walking is no longer safe and falls have taken place due to concrete buckling and uneven/unsafe ground on the homesites due to Sun Communities improper drainage (see the bruised knee from taking a fall on Sun Communities uneven damaged concrete). Sun has been notified of these very issues for three (3) years. Their lack of care is terrifying. Mosquitos carry disease, rodents carry disease. Water destroys. Sun creates dis-ease.
