On june 29, 2020 I went through the phone maze and finally spoke with a human to tell him I wanted to cancel - he said their system was down but they would call me back whenever it was up again... Never received a call and every time I try - after going through all the prompts it hangs up on me after a bout a 5-9 minute hold.
No way to do through their website, no chat, no email to reach them. Its now august and am still being billed for a house I moved out of in june.
