Ordered mag sub in Dec 2021. Still gettin run around in April 2022.

So I found this site called Subscription Addiction and it was pretty legit. I signed up for a few different subscriptions and they actually started sending them to me. No scams or anything like that. Plus, they have a lot of options to choose from so you can find something you're really interested in. The only downside is that some of the prices are a little high, but I guess that's just how it goes sometimes. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and would recommend it to others.

dont buy subs from here! i got a 5 pack of mags and only got 2 of them. i tried to talk to them but they dont answer. im gonna tell the ComplaintsBoard.com about this after i write this.

These guys are bad news! They took my cash and never sent my mag! It's been like ten months now and they still haven't sent it or given me my money back. Their customer service won't talk on the phone, only emails, and even those stopped after a bit. Stay away from these guys!

I got a mag for my fam and when they couldn't get it, Subscription Addiction fixed it. They picked up the phone every time I called and even though it was more than 90 days, they gave me my money back quick. Thanks!

I got a mag sub online on Dec 4th 2019. I also got the same mag from another place. I cancelled with Subscription Addiction a few days later. They said I could cancel cuz it was within 90 days of ordering. I called them 8 times to get my money back but no luck. They said they'd refund me but I still haven't got it. It's Jan 16th 2020 now and I haven't heard from them. Be careful if you buy from them.

This place is a total disaster! I thought it would be great for family, gifts, and friends, but Subscription Addiction is a scam. They blame the customer for not reading the fine print about 3rd party, and they only have one person in charge (Alyssa) who is the boss and head of customer service. When you ask for someone else, she hangs up on you and talks rudely. I didn't order my gifts to be refunded, and I didn't order from the Publishers/Publications. I ordered from their website, and I expect top-notch follow-through. When I emailed for clarification, all I got was "We will get back to you," but the woman in charge said the email claimed info was sent to Publishers and we have to wait up to 2 weeks. It's been 9 months, and other relatives didn't get their magazines either. Refunding because they can't follow through properly is ridiculous. Hanging up on customers is just as rude. They need to hire someone who knows how to resolve issues and help customers instead of agitating or talking down to them. Where are my relatives' magazines, and how long has this been happening? Hanging up because you know you're wrong is unacceptable. No stars should be given when you hang up on someone. Don't waste your time or money here.

I ordered 2 woodcraft mags for my man and boy from Subscription Addiction on Dec 18, 2020. They took my cash but no mags yet. I emailed them on June 18 but no reply. Called on June 25th and left a voicemail, no response. Called again on June 28th and they said they'll check it out and let me know in 3-5 days or more. I called *** and they said Subscription Addiction is a scam.

I went on SubscriptionAddiction.com to get a subscription of Veranda (6 issues for $10). But then I got an email saying I ordered Architectural Digest for $10. I called the number but no one answered. I left a message saying I ordered *** not Architectural Digest. It's been four days and I still haven't heard back. I also sent an email two days ago and haven't heard back from that either. This is not cool. I want my money back or at least a response saying they got my message and email and that I'll get my 6 issues of ***.
