Purchased tickets through Stubhub for an EVENT that was supposed to have taken place back in October, it was postponed to January and this time the event was canceled. We were told to send an email with an attachment from the venue showing that the event was canceled. We did that over 2 weeks ago. We were told the specialized department that handles refunds would get back to us within 7 days. Well, here we are now having to write a review because again no one has returned the call nor issued a refund! NEVER I MEAN NEVER USE STUBHUB FOR TICKETS THEY ARE A COMPLETE FARCE!
