Bought two concert tickets. Because it was a venue and city I have not been to before, we purchased parking offered by stubhub. Later found that the parking was 4 miles from the venue! Should have caught the fine print before purchasing but we didn’t. But only a scam would offer something like this. StubHub customer service was useless. I’m 66; I can’t walk an hour to the concert and then an hour back to my car afterwards. So I will not be using the parking or StubHub again.

Claimed loss: $41

Stub Hub charged me $433.25 for parking... Obviously, a glitch in system. They will not do anything about it and all sales are final. The parking for 1 car was more expensive than the 4 tickets. They are crooks and have no ethics, etc. - NEVER USE STUB HUB!

I was buying three tickets to the UW football game and didn’t even buy parking, but then I got a separate transaction notification for ada parking at $455. I’m not handicapped nor I need parking. I stub hub said sales are final. $455 to charge a person that is physically disabled to park a car. Wtf
