Fraudulent organization has access to my account. Order numbers, credit card numbers and personal info.
I called for help transferring tickets to buyer. C Service said there is a hold on tickets, they need to run a buy/sell transaction. Send $1450 & it will be returned immediately.
Obviously we never got cash back.
The fact that the fraudsters blanket search with false numbers and have complete access to account info enabled this fraud.

Claimed loss: $1450

Desired outcome: Refund
