StubHub review: Stubhub guarantee is hollow

I purchased 3 tickets to the Men's College Soccer Championship. When I downloaded the tickets from StubHub they said the Championship started at 8:00pm, but it really started at 7:00pm. Thus, we missed the first 40 minutes of the Championship game. StubHub customer service told me that I was not entitled to a refund under their policy because I did not call them while the event was going on. I could not call from the stadium due to the load crowd noise and the fact that the I use hearing aids. In otherwards, the loud crowd noise would have made the background unmanageable. After much discussion with the Customer Service Manager, I was told there was nothing he could do for me other than apologize.
