StubHub review: Seller committed listing fraud

The seller committed listing fraud. I paid over $1,200 USD for a front-row seat (Row 1), and I was sent a seat rows back (Row X).

I also flew internationally from Florida, USA to Bogota, Colombia for this event tomorrow. I contacted Stubhub once I received the ticket from the seller which was the day before the concert. Stubhub offered a 25% voucher on a future ticket as a solution. Which did not cover the massive loss in ticket value or my travel investment.

I asked to have the issue escalated under the FanProtect Guarantee. For a comparable ticket in Row 1 or a better replacement ticket from the remaining inventory or a partial refund. And my emails were ignored. This was my first time using Stubhub and my last time. Save yourself the headache and don't buy tickets from this company.
