I ordered tickets to Zac Brown at the Sphere. My order was paid for and confirmed to my email. When I went to accept the tickets, I received an "OOOOps! Your tickets were accepted by another email address." How could another email address accept my already confirmed tickets? I was on the phone with StubHub for 2 days and they had no answers nor would they refund the money for the lost tickets that they allowed someone else to claim. Zero stars.

Recommendation: Don't use StubHub.
