StubHub review: Paid for a parking pass for the Radio City Christmas Show and there was no prompt to decline.

I ordered 2 tickets for the Radio City Christmas Show. At checkout, I was prompted to add a parking pass. I did not need a parking pass, but there was no prompt to decline. There was only a prompt to "continue". I clicked "continue" and was charged for a parking pass. Contacting customer service was of no help. They told me that I could not be refunded; I could only try to resell the tickets and parking pass and start over. The options were very unclear, and the customer service AI's response left me with no option other than paying for something I didn't need or ask for.
