I purchased tickets in good faith as a gift for my son, to the Paul McCartney show in Columbia Ohio for last night 11/8/25. (Original order # 617443805 - section 207 -
In front of the stage). My tickets should have been available by 5pm my time, 3 hours prior to the show. They’re were not. I called and was told I had the choice of a refund or an ‘upgrade’. I took the upgrade because my son had already driven two hours and was at the venue. My problem is that your so-called upgraded seats were behind the stage and the original seats were better.
I feel as if I deserve money back. I will never use your service again.
