I received a gift card from my employer, and I have been unable to use it. The current company they use to issue cards is not the same company used prior, so they’re unable to help. I’ve reached out to Stubhub customer service multiple times and they keep giving me the runaround. No responses have been received and I’ve asked for months now. They keep telling me to wait to hear back. Does it take months for that? The gift card remains unused.
