StubHub took our money for 7 Ed Sheeran tickets and never delivered them. We spent weeks calling customer service, were repeatedly told to "wait," and even sat on hold for 30+ minutes for a supervisor before the call was disconnected.

After getting nowhere with customer service, we escalated the matter directly to StubHub's CEO and Executive Team, yet they also failed to provide any meaningful response or resolution.

No tickets. No answers. No accountability.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I will never use StubHub again and strongly recommend that others avoid them.

Never buy from them - they Fraud - They do not Care -
