I booked tickets to see Marcus Miller in Vienna on 8th July ‘26. A treat for my husband’s 60th. Unfortunately he had to take a friend as I had an ear problem and couldn’t fly. The tickets arrived with my husband at 3.30pm for a 7pm start. My account went blank regarding row/seat numbers. I was just glad the tickets arrived. Only later when I saw the photo of the view of the stage from my husband, I realised the seats were much further back than I booked. Thinking I must have booked incorrectly I hoped they enjoyed the gig.
He came home yesterday and said they were in a box! Miles away. I contacted stub hub today who agreed that they had been the wrong seats but have a mandatory policy of no refund after the event, despite the circumstances I found myself in. No comeback on the lying seller, no refund for me to get rubbish seats - ifs fraud and they won’t help. They offered a 25% voucher-thanks but no thanks-never again x

Recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 😡
