Where do we start..On 8/24/2025 purchased tickets to see John Legend in St. Augustine Fl performing on 10/28/2025. Kept checking for tickets thru Virtual Chats and switched over to human!..no notifications even up until 5 P.M. on 28 October. Called customer service only to be told we would have tickets by 7:30 P.M. We have over an hour drive to the venue, plus finding parking. So, still No tickets at 7:30, called STUBHUB again, then they promised tickets in time for concert..8 p.m. concert starts still no tickets. So try to get a refund of $466.00..no their policy not to refund after concert. We're in our 70's and really can't afford to donate to a sham company. After the fact everyone we have talked to says do not buy from StubHub, now we know but a hard lesson for $488.00, and I have my receipt! They should not be in business after touting "Every order is 100% guaranteed" What..guaranteed to take your money and not to fulfill an order.

Recommendation: If you buy from StubHub be prepared to lose your tickets and your money...
