I didnt order it but the took it out of account 309.93. They sent it out. I have asked for the return policy and no response.. I want to return it and get my money back. They took it put on an automatic payment that I never set up I want my money back for this. I will return it. They dont respond on any return policy. Maney you will have better luck

I ordered 2 playbeatz 2 earbuds oon april 24, 2020 on my smart telephone for $73.74... Payment was made thru pay pal... I have not heard one word about shipping or confirmation of the order... I am very disqusted and want a refund on the order... It has bee over one month and it should have been delivered by this time...

I ordered two OshenWatches on May 8th paying with Pay Pal and have not seen a tracking number or any emails saying it is on it's way. Apparently, this company is located in the UK and I have seen numerous complaints with this company and PayPal. I have tried to submit a request to resolve with Pay Pal and the link doesn't direct you to anything. It's crazy that Pay Pal is just sending this company money with no regard to following up on complaints or returning money to the buyer.

I ordered 3 of this itemon Feb. 22, 2020, and they weren't shipped until April 2, 2020. My transaction ID # is 4TN295748A659225R. They weren't usable with our slow internet service, and no remote to change stations. On called on April 20, 2020 to find out how to return items for a refund. I was told after you people get them back, I would get an e-mail. It never happened, and I am still waiting for a refund to show up in my Pay-Pal account. Any help you give would be greatly appreciated. By the way, I sent them through the US Postal Service on April 21, 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered to you on Saturday, 04-25-2020 by HDL delivery. I really think you should honor my request for a refund as soon as possible. Thank you.

I placed my order for 2 tv buddy casters on 4/10/2020 in the amount of $109.85. I have the confirmation but no email for shipping details. If you can't send the product I paid for a month and 16 days ago, please refund my bank account. It shouldn't take this long to receive an order when you took the funds out of my account within seconds of the order being placed.

On May 25, 2020 you took $109.93, transaction #9ER1598D4573293C and $19.99 transaction #87B6611140322405K from my PayPal account for two Oshen watches and the lifetime warranty. I am waiting for a confirmation and shipment tracking for these items.

Please inform me by return email the status thereof. If I do Not receive a return email, I will take measures to get a refund and file a formal complaint with PayPal.

I placed an order on April 30th for this watch. Well I called in and decided to cancel because I saw that I could get 3 of the The New OshenWatch for about the same price. I spoke with a representative that same day and was told that I would receive a refund via PayPal within 3-5 business days. Well, it's May 11th and I have still not received a confirmation stating that I am supposed to get a refund. At this point I want a refund for both the orders which cost me a total of about $242 because I haven't received any confirmation that the other 3 watches were even shipped. Like many others, all I have is the transaction IDs that PayPal provided. I am very disappointed that I even have to file a complaint. Please just refund my money and let me go on my merry way. You will make I am sure not only me but many other people second guess purchasing goods outside of their country going forward. Oh and watch out because if you pay through PayPal and don't pay attention to your transaction this company will continue to take money out of your account if you don't click for them not to.

Ordered a Neck Massager from Strong Current Enterprises on April 16, 2020, they were paid $78.99. I have not received a shipping confirmation and of course no product received. I called a number listed for this company May 1st and spoke to a rep that told me my order would be sent within 7 days. That was not true. I tried calling them again and now the phone switches to a fast busy signal suggesting that the number has been disconnected. Something needs to be done with this company. Action should be to shut them down for being scammers.

Paid $14 through PayPal for thermometer and then get an email about they were gonna take $158 put my acct for shipping. Had to cancel any further payments from them so they couldn't take it out. They got my $14 and I sent them an email canceling it. Haven't heard back from them. This place should b closed down. They could have over drawn my acct if I didn't cancel and block them from further taking money out my acct

on, 3/22/20e i placed an order for two mobile klean u.V. Light sanitizers and a no touch i.R. Thermometer. I was billed for $32.99 and $74.94 on 3/23/20.
I waited until the first of april to try to make contact with the company. I reached an agent on the first, and was informed by said agent, that i would receive a tracking number within 10 days.
Well, its been 21 days and i still have no product, no tracking number, and cant appear to make contact again with anyone affiliated with said company. Im on a fixed income, disabled, and at a very high risk of catching the virus, if i get it it will kill me. I wanted these products for a layer of protection during this pandemic, for myself and my wife, who works for a large medical company, and is mandated to work, is there a way to get a federal agency involved with this scam?

This item is on my paypal account on March 15, 2020 for $33.94 ID: 2T101814X0171190A UV Light Sanitizer. I also never received the Transaction ID 4W76331026261661A for $14.99 UV Light Sanitizer also on Paypal account 15 March 2020. It is now 19 April and I have not received the item ... only a confirmation that they took my money. Item was never shipped. On line reports are that this company is a scam. Please investigate and refund my money.

I ordered and received 4 TV Buddy casters on March 1, 2020 and received them on April 6 2020, cost $161.80 and paid through Pay Pal. My problem is they do not work.. Promotions for this product very misleading.
i am requesting a full refund and also an address as to where i can return them.
