The food was hot when we got it. The food tasted great couldn't ask for anything better. The staff was very curious an kind. I would use them again when we stay . Thanks for your hard work.

Just finished packing to move...100+ degrees. In hotel, hot & exhausted. Skeptical, but turned out a great option. Easy ordering, salads & pizza were delicious! Delivered before stated ETA.

This was a great option while staying at our hotel. The food was good, the prices are reasonable and the delivery drop-off was easy, they were able to bring it straight to my room! Would order from again definitely.

Tasty food. Good portions. They gave a time frame of 45 mins to an hour for delivery. They arrived within 35mins. Great customer service. The prices are a bit high but the food was well worth it. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service and food arrived hot, which is unusual for delivery services. Large portions for the price. Only complaint was part of the bread that went with our order was missing. Over all an experience that was well worth the cost.

Delicious and fast. They were so nice and respectful on the phone. As was the delivery man. Will definitely be ordering again. 4 stars bc I wish the sandwiches came with sides. We had to spend an additional $7+ for a side on each sandwich.

Two exhausted travelers wrapping up their Arizona tour didn't want to dig out into the Phoenix heat to find dinner, so we ordered from a menu in their room. The delivery took less than an hour and the pizza arrived nice and hot! Nice service!

Excellent service! Ordering was easy and convenient. The food was delivered hot, in a reasonable amount of time and was delicious. The delivery driver was courteous and had no problems finding the location. I will definitely use this service again.

It was a nice touch to you have this available at the hotel and not trying to figure out what we are going to eat and how. They were very professional over the phone and delivery was very quick and the delivery person was also very professional. Definitely would use them again.

They charge extra just to have them order from a restaurant you can order from, they lie and say it's coming from a commercial kitchen but can't tell you were. But then they order from a local restaurant and pocket the rest of what they charge the customer. It's a scam and should be shut down.

Order Inn is horrible. When I places the order they said it would be delivered in 45 mins. It took them over 2 hrs. I had to call 3 times and the last time I cancelled my order. After I cancelled then it was delivered. I refused it. Then it took 8 days to get my refund. WILL NEVER RECCOMEND THEM EVER...

I had never used this service or anything similar and I was pleasantly surprised. The phone operator was professional and helpful with her knowledge of the menu & ingredients. The order arrived on time, contactless, with hot things hot & cold things cold. I definitely will use them again if given the opportunity.

The phone lady asked me to repeat several times the same info., (my bldg. & room #) had me concerned at first but once I was transferred to the actual restaurant everything was great. My food was delivered quicky (I ordered lunch @ noon), correctly (the lobby, not my room) and it tasted good. The driver called me when he arrived, he was very friendly & professional. I will order again this vacation for sure!

Amazing service. Broke down and they came and picked us up and gave us a spot to stay for a more than reasonable price. My problems became their problems and they were happy to solve them. Like when I didn't have a charger, they sent their driver to take us to Walmart and even waited for us no charge. The value you get for all the amazing service and friendly staff and great room is very very good. They even took us to the airport after so we can get home. Highly recommended.

From the start, everything went well. Greg answered our call, got our hotel info quickly from the phone number, was knowledgable about the menu, great at confirming order, and let us know that our order would arrive in an hour or so.
Pizza arrived on time, delivery person was pleasant, and pizza was warm & exactly as ordered. Pizza tasted great too.
Just one requested, we asked for paper plates and plastic silverware which deliver person didn't have. It turned out to be no problem as front desk person has some for us.

I ordered from Order Inn when I was staying at a hotel in Orlando, Florida. It took forever to get my food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and missing an item. Plus, one of the things I did get was totally gross. When I called to complain, the manager was super rude and only offered me a refund for the missing item or a $10 gift card to use on their site. I was so mad - my meal was totally ruined and I just want my money back.

I stayed at a Best Western Plus in *** NY over memorial day weekend. Me and my buds ordered from Order Inn. We ordered around 5:30pm-6pm. The food didn't come until after 8pm. The food we got wasn't what we ordered. We called and complained, they offered to redo the order and give us new food. We waited another hour for the food to show up. I got tired of waiting for my food so I called back and asked for a full refund on the order which was $67.28. The restaurant agreed to refund the money. They said it would take about 2-3 days to be refunded. It's now June 11th and I still haven't received a refund. I called the restaurant back and they have no record of me asking for a refund and they won't offer me a refund at all anymore. All I want is my refund of $67.28.
