The watch is a cheap fake, there was no box or operating instructions, the manual winder is loose, and it can't be wound.

I'll be taking this up with PayPal, my credit card provider, and if necessary the Small Claims Court.

Product purchased on Sunday, April 19, 2020. It does not perform as advertised. Want to return it and get my money back.
Called the number on the order, [protected]. Answered with a recording, went through the instructions and was put on hold. After 10 minutes or so, a recording came on asking me to rate the call, then I was disconnected. This happened each time I called. I also replied back on the confirmation e-mail I received and received no reply back.

I paid 119 for the watch but have not been able to get a reply or help with my order. I paid for it through PayPal.

Ordered May 4th, 2020 from this company Strong Current Enterprises Limited. I have noticed that I am not the only one still waiting for their watches as well.

On 16 May I purchased an Oshen Watch from these people for $58.94. I never received the watch and they will not respond to my emails. I sent them another email two days ago, but still no response. The Paypal transaction ID for this is: 9JN21297M9065564V. I either want the watch or a refund. I am filing a fraud complaint with AMEX and I have filed a formal complaint through PayPal.

I ordered the tv buddy caster with the antenna to get local channels also bought the 2-year warranty it took me 3 months to get it and it is nothing like they told me it was going to be. You have to jump through hoops to make this thing work and it's still not even worth it I took it right off my tv and put it right back in the original box and I never opened the antennae. I do not want this rip off. I have it still in original packaging I want to be refunded I will send it back to wherever I have to. I used my paypal account so I have all the information that's needed and the funny thing is I received a noticed that it was being shipped two days after I file the complaint with paypal saying I never received it. Please refund my money and I will send it back to you i'll give you any information you need on this if you need me to screenshot the transaction details I will very dissatisfied with this product..

I ordered an OshenWatch (smart watch) online on May 21, 2020 from Strong Current Enterprises Limited. I used PayPal which is linked to my AMX to pay for the order. I have not received anything from the seller; no order confirmation, no tracking information, definitely not the watch. I tried to contact Strong Current Enterprises Limited but no luck.

PayPal has not been able to resolve the problem as yet...
Purchased NeckRelax on 3 May. Tried telephoning [protected] - phone is picked up and put down immediately. Sent numerous emails without response, [protected]@buyneckrelaxofficial.com

I have been trying to cancel the order.
3 June (month later) still no response other than message via PayPal offering a discount on the product.
My reply as always, I no longer want the item, discount or not, only a full refund for goods not received.

My request of cancellation and refund ignored over a month later.
Item arrives on 5 June from The Netherlands.
I have returned the unopened item(as stated on the 30 day guarantee) spending another £7.50 tracked Post Office to their UK office in London.
Tracking information VE612339234GB says they have refused to accept delivery.

This is in regards to my order with them and I am trying to cancel the order and get a refund. I have reached out multiple times and no one is responding. I am unable to reach anyone. I have already submitted through PayPal and complaint and they are looking into it. I have also talked with authorities and they said they will help but I would like to try and get this resolved sooner.

On June 9, 2020, I purchased 2 of the Bleaux wearable Air conditioning units using PayPal. The total was $143.93. I was charged for it & then minutes later I was charged a second time for the same amount. One unit only costs around $60 so there should NOT have been a 2nd charge. Yesterday (June 9), I could not find a way to contact STRONG CURRENT so I went to pay pal. PayPal told me to contact S.C.E. I was able to cancel a payment on PayPal & had $143.93 returned to me. I basically want to know if I am still going to receive the 2 units I have not been refunded for & if not then I need a refund. I'm very upset that I was charged twice. ordered an oshen watch on may 27th and did not recieve an order confirmation email. found a number for them and was told it would be deliverd in 15 days. on June 1st. started reading complaints about these people and called the back and was told it would take 30 days to recieve watch. I got to thinking nothing should take that long to deliver especially since i paid 8.95 for shipping so i decided to call them back today to check status. Well now they wont answer as the line goes from "we are connecting you to a service rep." to an after call survey asking if your inquiry had been satisfied and how likely would you be to reccomend company to a freind?. lol. checked my email and found one from them dated june 9th saying that "Thank you for your patience as we strive to get your order out as soon as passible. I would like to inform you that your order will be shipped out within as soon as June 8th 2020 and no longer than 14 days from today." (today was dated june 9th., so what they are saying makes no sense.) It seems like they are trying to keep you hoping that it is not a scam for as long as possible. By the way the second time i called as mentioned above the lady told me my order was being shipped from new jersey. Someone is lying about something.

Pay. It appears on my pay pal account. To date no tracking information and the watch has not been delivered. It looks like there are more complaints online.

Product was ordered on 4-25-20 and just arrived and not what I was lead to believe I was buying. Not compatible with my Sony and I want to return it and 3 TV radius antenna and refund for a lifetime warranty. I have read a bunch of complaints on line about the scam this company is doing to many people and not getting anything resolved. Please look into how I can return all this for a full refund.

Order TV Buddy on 5/18/2020. Received no confirmation for delivery and no product. Product should have delivered by now and nothing. I want to stop payment and receive refund because I see others have had bad experiences with this company delivering on their commitments. The product caught my eye due to its potential capabilities during this unprecedented time of isolation, and now it has caused nothing but a feeling of being taken advantage of.

I received the PayPal confirmation "You sent a payment of $123.00 USD to Strong Current Enterprises Limited" to which I appreciate their quick response but very disappointed in the vendor.

I should have researched better and read reviews.

I purchased an Oshan smart watch on May 20th from this company. I never received a confirmation of the sale and assumed it may not have gone through. When I checked my Paypal account, it was listed as a transaction. I never received the product and there was a service agreement also as a separate transaction that I don't remember purchasing. I checked reviews and they are not good. Some reviews even mention that it may be a scam. I have since ordered the product from a reputable dealer and have received it so I would like a refund. I placed a complaint also today with Pay Pal.

On may 12 I ordered two oshen watches over the internet. I did not receive an email confirmation nor any transaction information. Yet, the watches were charged to my american express card.
I have attempted to email but have not received any response. I have attempted to file a dispute with american express but they would not because I lacked sufficient information.
Please help me either obtain the watches or get a credit on my card.

Greetings. I purchased two (2) Oshen Watches on May 18, 2020 through PayPal (Transaction ID: 63096805Y83664459). To date, I have not received a confirmation email from your company citing the order number for the purchased merchandise. I would like to be able to trace the shipping of it. Please send me the confirmation email citing the order number and listing the merchandise purchased through PayPal. I received a confirmation email from PayPal the date of purchase, May 18, 2020. The products I am complaining about are ( 1) TV Buddy 3, (2) Lifetime Warranty ST 3, (3) HDTV Antenna and (4) Wifi Booster. All items were ordered on (03/10/2020) and paid for through my PayPal account. I still have not received the items or a refund. Haven't heard a thing from Strong Current Enterprise. Haven't been able to contact them . Can't find a address or phone number for them. I would like either the items or a refund.

On 18 may I ordered a smart watch from these people cost was usd 118.90 inc postage this translated into aust dollars 193.70 - on 21 may I received from oshenwatch company saying they confirmed order and gave me order number and said article was being processed and that they would advise when mailed inc a tracking number - that was the last word I heard, I did send message to strong current which was returned unsent-I then sent several messages to oshen watch via [protected]@buyoshenwatch.com all of which have been ignored I have sent 2 messages to paypal re this topic and yet to hear back from them-would like the watch however aas have said to both oshen and paypal wouls now like a refund of total sum
