I had ordered a top about 2 weeks ago. It did arrive on time but the product wasnt the right size so I requested an exchange, as they charge 100 rupees for cancellation of a product. I really wanted that top and in the right size. It was collected the same day they dropped it off. I was guaranteed a 15 day exchange policy, but its been over 2 weeks now and theres no sign of my product. I wasnt given any tracking link, no updates on my product, or over text on their website. I tried reaching out to their team through the number given on their website but it never seems to be answered. I finally got fed up and emailed them just now. I even paid cash on delivery for the order. So so upset reading others' feedbacks
Claimed loss: 599 rupees
Desired outcome: i would like a full refund and an apology for succh irresponsible service

Street Style Store really seems to have dropped the ball here. They got the top to you, but when it comes to handling your exchange, they’ve gone silent.
