My funds were posted to my account on the 16th ot April today is April 24th and still no money sign or anything! They keep telling me something different every time I call, first a new system, then they have to do two reviews now they do it manually, but the problem is everyone whose funds were posted after mine and others have all gotten their refunds most whose were posted on the 16th have not! I need MY money and now they are saying it could be May they keep changing their dates it’s ridiculous and I’m fed up! Yes I’ve posted attendance and done my work I have a 4.0 and no there is no outstanding paperwork I didn’t complete

Keep demanding clarity – escalate to a higher authority if you haven’t already. Be firm but polite, and insist on a clear explanation for the delay. Document every call, and if needed, explore filing a complaint. Stay persistent.
