Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Stila Cosmetics
So, I ordered an eyeshadow palette from Stila Cosmetics and when it arrived, it was broken. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I figured I could just contact their customer service and get it replaced. Well, let me tell you, that was not the case. When I reached out to them, they basically told me to go f myself and that they weren't going to replace it for me. I was so disappointed and frustrated with their lack of customer service. It's a shame because I really like their products, but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again after this experience.
