Steers review: unhygienic conditions

Hi, I visited the store on the 18.09.2019 and as I waited for my order, I noticed the lady at the back without any gloves nor a covered head, placing the buns in the toaster. When I looked around, all the staff just handled the food with their bare hands.The cashier that handled cash, went on to serve ice creams cones without any serviettes around the cone etc.This is so unhygienic .Staff at other food outlets take the necessary precaution when handling food.

Please can you educate your staff regarding hygiene and handling of food stuff.
