Steak 'n Shake review: cold food and poor service

I went thru the drive thru on my 30 minute break from where I work. I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru, making me late getting back to work and no time to eat. I was going to eat a few bites on the drive back to work but my fries were cold and soggy and when I took a bite of my burger, the bun was hard and crunchy.
