It would be nice if could have one for pool service. One that would auto create a new invoice for all clients every month with same information with just one click.

App seems to use typical IOS user interface which makes it easy to learn and use. For business I don't need animations and other game-like features. Base app includes a complete system. Even if you buy some InApps it's a much better deal than comparable apps that have monthly fees.

Have been looking everywhere for an app that can do our monthly statements. This app seems to be the real deal. Uses solid accounting principles, is easy to setup and has plenty of help instruction and movies too. Have had to call app support a few times and they were responsive and answered all my questions.

Our business bills security services on monthly accounts. Previously we were using Excel and Word which was getting out of control for our 200 plus customers. This app does exactly what we need and can also be used for service calls with the Scheduler. Very complete. All of our employees are using the app on iCloud. Amazing that there are no monthly fees.

The Cloud Sync is a nice addition, although my main device is an iPad, I don’t always have that with me. Cloud Sync let’s me work on my iPhone and view or even update by info.

I have a small business and need to generate invoices and track my sales and sales taxes. This app does a good job for me. Reliable, well designed and is accurate, perfect to use in the field on my iPad. The inventory control feature has really helped me track and order my products.

The app does everything I need. Tracks customers, calls, labor, parts and sales. It’s fast and easy to set-up and install. I can send email invoices and get reports and graphs to see how I’m doing for any time period. All of my history is instantly available to see what work I have done and there is a support function that can be used to get questions answered. The Document Manger lets provides design capabilities and you can even change the terminology to fit your language and business needs. Five Stars for sure!

This app has really helped me get organized. It’s so easy to bill that my revenue has actually increased since I can add my services with just a few taps. Also saves time of manually generating invoices. The other apps I have tried are either too simplistic or too complicated this app is just right for my business. Already starting to accumulate some good history and financial info.

It does take some time and effort to set up but is well worth it once you’re rolling. i tried another app but the information was on a server and I needed a connection for it to work, not so good for me because of my sometimes poor connections. This app has everything stored on my iPad and works smoothly with my existing contacts and calendar. They should charge a lot more for this app! Nice Job
