Sunday morning I hardly ever go to Starbucks but went to the one in Nashville downtown really enjoyable had the small bagels w cream cheese, I have a store nearby and thought I wd call the one near me to see if they have them man was extremely nice efficient lked to see what they had I said I wd be there in 4 minutes couldnt take order on phone, line was long so I went in, cashier clearly was not trained didnt know what I was talking abt had to ask someone then couldnt find on computer, then lady behind me she had trouble w here order, so I ordered 2orders of the Bantam, I sat and waited in the meantime there was a huge fight and screaming that went on between the older lady and one w long hair and glasses, , I sat and watched at least 15 orders that went out before mine that were ordered after me as I saw the tickets brt back, I finally after at least 15 minutes asked abt my order and explained everyones before me got their order, I said this is what I ordered I told him I have to go to work said how long he said abt 1minute 1/2 so I said I wd wait, well he gave me 2 bags but these were egg whites! this was it I just asked for my money on the ticket it says didnt want that is clearly not the case I did not receive my order and this was my breakfast before wk, I will tell everyone I know for a long time abt this Starbucks!
