I recently purchased a box of via from our standalone company operated store in The Dalles Oregon and this is the second time now that I've gotten a hard package with my via sleeves inside the coffee inside is not nice and fine powdery it is hard and then clumps very hard to even get out of the package. I purchase the vias all the time that is my favorite I've been buying them for about 9 years now...

Desired outcome: To let me understand why this is happening and to give me a complimentary box of Italian dark recipe
