This dr. held my son on a 5150 72 hour hold because my son confided in him that he had thoughts of NOT wanting to be alive in the physical condition he was in. Pertaining to the need for neuro surgery and left sided weakness for a bleeding cavernoma. That he was hoping to get help and be seen by a neurosurgeon and that his condition be operable and he have a chance to recover. My son was admitted based on his medical concerns and did meet with a neuro surgeon who gave us good news in that his procedure woukld be operable and the dr would be able to help my son. After 72 hours we were not release off the mental hold by dr sudler he said it was needed to be held on another 2 week hold in another faciliity that has damning reviews and is not run by any specialists of any kind they are rude and dont know what they are talking about they took my sons phone his mobility walker tied him to a gurney threatened to sedate him and gave him false information. My son has left sided weakness and a blled in his brainstem he should have let to come home but no dr sudler took it further by having a hearing where my son with memory loss and confusion bevause of his TBI could not advocate for himself and i was not present but they KNEW THAT I WOULD NOT BE SO THEY MANUVERED IT TO BE THIS WAY.
dR SUDLER IS NOT A GENUINE PSYCHARARTRIST AND DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING BY HAVING PEOPLE PUT ON HOLDS HE DOES FOLLOW PROPER CHANNELS AND HE IS A LIAR. i AM SUING HIM FOR THE DURESS HE PLACED MY SON IN Danger and
