StackSocial Rip Off

I ordered Windows Office 365 from them, and so far they have screwed me. The software will not even install on my computer.

They seem to want to refuse me a refund.

They send me information about the software and how to open it after I have shown them these images; the software will not install. Tried 5 times, and always get the same window pop up.

I asked for refund and they ignore me.

I'm a senior citizen and live on tight fixed income. They don't seem to care about taking my money that could be used for food, medications, or other needs!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS. THEY ARE NOT HONORABLE OR TRUSTWORTHY!

StackSocial Microsoft office professional 2021 for windows: lifetime license

I bought this product on March 2021 with Order #[protected]. I had installed on my computer but my laptop had an issue and HP reinstalled the operating system. But the MS license code provided is not working.

I sent multiple requests to the support team for clarification. There's no response from the company.

Desired outcome: Give me the working code to install or refund my amount.

StackSocial Microsoft Office Professional 2021 for Windows: Lifetime License

Purchase Date: May 28, 2022

Once making this purchase, I was sent a link to activate my software. I made the required account after pushing the redeem this purchase button, went through all the steps several times and can't get the programs to download onto my hard drive. The Microsoft Suite is only available to use online, which you can do for free anyway. I want a refund or the software on my computer.

I bought the Microsoft Office Professional 2021 for Windows Lifetime License for $39.95, from Stacksocial. The order date was November 01, 2022.

On November 15th I signed into my Microsoft Account as required. I tried to post the 5 digit license code provided by Stacksocial into the required Microsoft Product Key field. However, the Microsoft Product Key contains 5 BOXES of 5 letters/numbers each. Not a hope of obtaining the software download for MS Office. This is clearly a ripoff. I will try to reverse the charge in my crdeit card account.

StackSocial Microsoft Office 2021

I just bought this item from Stacksocial for $54.46 today, April 15, 2021.

I tried to install the software from the microsoft link provided by stacksocial, and I had to create an account to access the file.

I was shocked it only only downloaded for a few seconds and said it was installed.

I just found out it is the "online version" of Microsoft Office, which is FREE from Microsoft website anyway.

I was expecting it to be the "local" version which is installed on my computer.

I want my money back!

StackSocial Software Product

I ordered a software product Key from Stacksocial. It sent me to another vendor "TopFastKeys" who never sent the Key. Several requests to customer service were never answered. I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I have used them in the past for "physical" products and was satisfied but after this experience I would not recommend them as it appears some of their suppliers are not delivering.

Desired outcome: I would like to have what was advertised (The product Key) delivered as advertised.

StackSocial Was charged without my permission or notification

They charge credit card for trial offer even when you do not use it or claim it.

I did order something, and they offered 14 days trial for vault which wasn't used or claimed, and they charge me $99 without permission.

I never used or claim the trial offer.

StackSocial i bought a cell phone card

while i was searching for Tello cell phone time/minutes i found stack social
i clicked on them found the product they offered a further 15% so i paid them i waited and they failed to ask for my address to send my purchase
there was no response i tried and tried but nothing ever happened
i was desperate for minutes and found Mashable.com as they too offered this deal on the web. having no idea these were the same scammers i bought the same Tello card for $49, 00 and to my surprise the same theing happened after paying them the communication ended these 2 companies must be connected they operate in the very same manner and a receive many email offers from them at the same time
ps i have now found Tello and bought their minutes directly however this 49.00 deal offered by Stack social and Mashable .com DO NOT EXIST

I bought what I thought was a reduced membership to Sam's Club. My bank account said I made a purchase at Stack Social, Venice CA on1/5/23 for $24.99. Someone there took my MI debit card and made a payment for an unknown product. I am disputing the charges. Poor security verification of debit card info. I am afraid to buy anything online now.

StackSocial worst customer service after purchasing cellphone program

i was diven the name of stacksocial to find what i was looking for, after a little longer than it should take i found what i wanted and purchased it.
they received the money and after 15 /20 minutes i found it very strange that i was not vasked for my shipping address. i wrote them asking them if they needed my address and when could i expect delivery..
well to my surprise i received an email asking all kinds of irrelevant questions then another and another maybe 5 emails demanding all kinds of personal info. the more you tried the more they became more intense.
this nonsense started to annoy/bother me what are they doing? building a profile ? or worse? i was buying a phone card not a weapon or a book "how to build a bomb" i beleive not only is this an invasion of privacy but worse.
i requested a refund and all i received was more requests for info links to delve further into my personal life. my suggestion is avoid at all cost this is like dealing with the Russian NKVD or the Chinese secret police there is something very wrong with their buss. practices avoid at all costs!
imagine you went to buy food at your local market they take your money and before you receive your groceries you are taken to a small room and questioned, by five or 6 people no diff i bought a phone card !

I purchased leg massagers from your company on August 18th2021! I sent them back to you a couple weeks later. Then I got them returned to me ! The post office said there was no one to receive the package at your address!The first time around after I got them back to my house I told the post office to resend them to you!As of today I have not received one penny back to my account, I am due $129.99. StackSocial famfare deals

I purchased a Sam's Club membership from famfare and Sam's will not accept the receipt. When I tried to contact famfare there is no # where you can speak to a person. I then went to a complaint site and they want me to pay for help resolving this. Sam's Club claims to have no knowledge of Famfare dealings with this business. We purchased this on July 25, 2021, order # [protected].

Same issue for me. No way to contact a different also purchased on July 25 2021. Was at Sam’s today again my info was never given to them but mgr explanation was at time of purchase we should have received email from stack social that would have completed transaction and forwarded our order to sAms club. Hate scams like this. My bank is now going after them to refund.

StackSocial Adguard - failed to receive the license key

This is the 3rd time i have contacted you and the issue has not been resolved. I paid for the Adguard programme on May 14 and a copy of my Visa card statement is included'
I have not received the license key which I need to open the Adguard programme. my colleague had no problems so I am surprised that I haven't received the goods I paid for. It was $29 USA which is $40.48 Australian.
I hope you are able to resolve the issue quickly.

I bought the AdGuard programme through you as shown on my Visa card entry for 14 May, 2021.
I have not received the license number by which I can access the programme.
My friend bought the same programme through you and had no problem.
I would like the license number b y which I can access the AdGuard programme ASAP.
This is my 3 time writing to you without the issue being resolved.
You said I haD failed to provide important information but when asked what it was I had no reply.

StackSocial Lifetime subscription of travelhacker app

I have bought TravelHacker app from this website, I redeemed the code and the service/product is not as described on the website. It is totally different as the website and the TravelHacker are advertising. The experience of contacting customer service of Stacksocial is one of the worst experience, they are not professional and keep repeating the same thing, sending the same T&Cs! I have a been a good customer but I really regret why I have been buying stuff from Stacksocial which is not taking responsibility of what they are selling.

I contacted them for a refund, but they don't take the responsibility and keep saying when a product redeemed is final and it will be non refundable.

StackSocial Free: 250,000+ vectors from vectorgrove

I am a long time purchaser. Happy. But on April 23, 2021 I purchased: FREE: 250, 000+ Vectors from VectorGrove. And the purchase went to a bogus account/email fabricated by stack social I suppose. This I did not get credit/rewards for the purchase. My invoice/receipt was not emailed to me etc. basically I was lucky to discover exactly what they did & today 05/12/21 I went to make a purchase & I bought the website switching to the bogus account no matter how many times I entered my actual & correct email. I am getting extremely angry! And of course no one takes the phone calls. @ #[protected]. No one responded to my 2 email support requests either. I guess this company is committing FRAUD now since they got too big for their britches too — Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft etc.

Desired outcome: i want my purchase attributed to my true account.

StackSocial Coupon Code

I ordered a software product for a Mac on 4/9/2021. I added a valid coupon code during checkout. The amount to be charged to my credit card was clearly noted and visible in my cart. That amount included the discount with the coupon code. These criminals decided it would be better for them to charge my credit card for the full amount, thus ignoring the clearly valid coupon code. When I requested a full refund from the ripoff store (despite NOT activating the software license, I was only offered a refund equal to the amount of the coupon. These people clearly are only interested in profit over principals (for which they have none). Subsequent requests for a full refund go unanswered. Again, clearly they do not intend to refund the full amount. I have disputed the full amount with my credit card company. We will see how that goes. Despite the outcome, BUYER BEWARE. These con artists absolutely do NOT honor their own coupon codes and when caught in the act, they absolutely refuse to do the right thing. They are shameful, dishonest and absolutely make no apologies for their behavior. They would rip off their own mothers for a dollar.

StackSocial advertised the promotion price for a product and the code on the Internet in many places. I purchased the product but applied the wrong code which they sent as well. So I did not manage to get the correct promotion price at the end. I made a reasonable and fair request to adjust the price to the promised discount. The voucher code was wrong. I sent the correct code as they advertised, or simply correct the price. The helpdesk refused to change the code.
