Returning Products
It took me a full week to get a proper response from them on how to initiate a return and then found out I had to pay the return shipping. I still haven't heard back from them if the RMA number is all I need to return their product or not. The last correspondence I received when I asked them for the authorization document that one of their previous emails stated that I needed was that I had to pay for the return. Although most of their correspondence reiterated that if the customer does not have the proper documentation with said return that it may not be accepted. Very very poor communication and seems through making the return process difficult the company cuts down on returns. Finally gave up and will have to sell the items on my own to try and recomp money. I will definitely spread the word to everyone I know to never buy anything from them..
Desired outcome: I wanted to send their product and get my money back. That did not happen.

The only thing I got from them was a confirmation email, but then they back ordered my items for no reason. I tried to find it out, but I was said absolutely nothing useful and I still don't understand what's going on. The most obvious reason is that the item was out of stock at the moment of ordering, but a representative didn't confirm this and said she can see it available.
It's been one month and nothing has changed. Please, do the needful, I am so tired of this.
The worst experience ever!
I was very excited when I found www.eastwood.com website, they had everything I wanted and I was also impressed with the prices. I made my order and it arrived in a timely manner, but when I opened the package I saw that more than a half of my order was damaged. I immediately contacted Eastwood customer service and they said they'll call me back as soon as they think of what to do. Later they said that these items were no longer in stock so there was nothing they could. When I asked for a refund their rep replied rudely and was very impolite. He said they don't do refunds and that there was nothing else to talk about. The worst experience ever!
I received a email from them offering the mig 135 for $289 with free shipping which was so call a one day flash sale. I tried ordering it several times and every time I’d go the the next page it would have the full price and a statement saying heavy item not included on free shipping. I later... after midnight emailed tech support and they told me pretty much tuff [censored] the flash sales over? I really wanted to try their machine. I’ve heard good things about this welder. I own a auto body shop and would of most likely purchased a lot more from them. But I’m not gonna deal with this shim sham oh well attitude. My supplier is more expensive but they take care of me with anything I ask and deliver it and they’re right down the street.
