Springs Mall — unlawful activation of cellsure on contract
This complaint is towards the Springs Mall Branch. I do not care if they are an independent branch. They bear your slogan, sell your products and should apply by your customer service standards (which do not seem to exist). Early Jan 2018 I upgraded my one contract with Lizelle at the branch and signed for insurance. End of Jan there was still no insurance activated. End of Feb insurance was charged on the upgrade contract as well as another of my contracts for which I never signed. Between Feb 12th till Aug 8 I've exchanged 15 emails with the manager Michelle Manley with NO help. They put you off by telling you that they've logged a query only to reply to your mail a few days later and tell you that you have to sort it out yourself. I requested the paperwork where I signed for the second contract's insurance and if I do not receive this by 27 Aug I will be taking this further. This is fraud and NO SERVICE.
