My complaint is about parking, on Saturday 07/01/2023 14:00 my car was clamped because they say u parked on uber parking spot, the parking were full that's why I parked there, no warning was given to me so I'm aware, I had to pay R500 fine. As a south african citizen I believe have the right to fair chance in court, believe that according to road traffic act only traffic officials or police or court can issue a fine.

unlawful activation of cellsure on contract
This complaint is towards the Springs Mall Branch. I do not care if they are an independent branch. They bear your slogan, sell your products and should apply by your customer service standards (which do not seem to exist). Early Jan 2018 I upgraded my one contract with Lizelle at the branch and signed for insurance. End of Jan there was still no insurance activated. End of Feb insurance was charged on the upgrade contract as well as another of my contracts for which I never signed. Between Feb 12th till Aug 8 I've exchanged 15 emails with the manager Michelle Manley with NO help. They put you off by telling you that they've logged a query only to reply to your mail a few days later and tell you that you have to sort it out yourself. I requested the paperwork where I signed for the second contract's insurance and if I do not receive this by 27 Aug I will be taking this further. This is fraud and NO SERVICE.
