I ordered a lot of products from you on the 28th Sept with a given estimated delivery date of 5th Oct... I have been trying to track my order and the status is still showing... 'open' I have tried the online messaging service and provided all my details and keep getting no matches found as a reply? I have sourced a contact number to main office and it just keeps ringing.. I am going on holiday and need my items ASAP...
