I ordered pair contacts and a care kit I paid for faster shipping within four to five days have not received anything yet my card was charged I look for the number to contact them for customer service and the number doesn't work I have not responded to my email people should get in trouble for scamming something needs to be done about this they should be banned from having dirt website on the internet

I paid for colored contacts and a kit my card was charged but I have not received what I payed for I'm very frustrated only way to reach them by phone is to buy a calling card because they are in the UK and you need international calling to contact them. I would not recommend making a purchase through this company unless you like losing money and not getting what you paid for this is by far the worst online experience I've ever had.

The shipping is very expensive and may cost you more than you paid for the contacts.
And I would understand this price if it was right to pay so much money for nothing. First of all, I paid for an expedited shipping. Yes, it's the most expensive option, but needless to say, the standard shipping fee is high as well.
Ok. Fast shipping. My order had to be here within 3-4 days.
It never arrived. Asked for a refund. Still waiting.
So this story has been lasting for 2 months. Will it ever stop?

Do not do business with SpookyEyes, it is a 100% scam! I have ordered a pair of lenses and did not receive anything yet. I made my order back in December and it is now May and still no sign of my order. I contacted SpookyEyes in January and they promised me a refund, but then they just stopped replying to my messages and I did not get my money back! I'm totally disgusted with this site!
