A number of my friends had recommended this product to me for its useful health benefits in relation to allergies. After some research, I decided to purchase a Salt Wall of 4'x4' for my room. This product cost an estimated $1,400 and with shipping, it came to a total of $1,700.

When the Salt Wall was finally shipped to me, the delivery was made to the wrong address. Naturally, I notified the business of the problem and was met with serious frustration when the business representative on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I felt disrespected by the way I was treated during this phone conversation.

Once the Salt Wall was finally delivered to the correct address, I was looking forward to installing it with the help of a few friends. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, we found that the left side of the Salt Wall was cracked and shattered, as well as the top corners. Without any question, this was completely unacceptable. The sauna that we purchased did not heat up to the 150 degrees that was stated when we made the purchase. We specifically purchased the sauna advertised as a "last 2 person sauna", yet when we looked on the website afterwards, we saw that they still had the same product advertised as a "last one" available for purchase. This leads us to question whether or not we were receiving a true product, or if this was simply a sales tactic.
