Good evening
Its now been nearly a month and the item I ordered has still not arrived, I have spoken to one of your employees on the phone about it and have not heard anything back, I have also contacted the delivery company (DPD) multiple times who have apparently been holding my item at the depot for the last 3 weeks and has been promising to deliver it every day since. Please could you sort this out for me.

Everything broke!
I have purchased a microphone set from www.hifi-tower.co.uk six months ago and recently it broke. I hardy used it, and did nothing wrong! I'm disappointed I ordered from this website.
When I contacted Hifi-Tower customer service they said there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund but they said that I was responsible for that and that the whole thing was my fault. These people do not stand behind their products and they do not respect their customers! Wasted over $100 on that set!
Fake promises and seller still hasn't changed my order
I bought some DJ equipment from the company www.hifi-tower.co.uk and it was the worst experience in my life. The seller was polite and delivered the equipment on time, but it turned out that it was completely broken. I returned it back, but after that nothing changed. They continued to promise to send the new order, but it was only fake promises and blah-blah. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
I have been waiting a month for a returns email to return my faulty bin and recieve a replacement.
I have called 5 times and been given the same excuse its Brexit!
I have had to purchase another bin in the meantime leaving me out of pocket. I just need the email to return the broken bin and a new one.
