I bought jeans and shoes from the website www.spartoo.co.uk. The clothes were horrible and it didn’t look great on me. I sent them back, and the seller never contacted me or provided money back. He ignored all my emails and messages, which I sent through the website. They scam and steal money from customers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

In may I bought some shoes that I sent back to Spartoo. They sent me an email that I would be getting a full refund. The refund never arrived on my card, but I have been charged the same amount. So I never got the refund, plus they charged me with the amount of refund. evike12@gmail.com
I contacted the Hungarian address but nothing happened. I am still waiting for the refund and I am very disappointed.

Hi there
I am also writing regarding a complaint, on Saturday 12th November I returned a Men's Armani Navy Blue Jumper size small, as this size is too small for my partner. I have still not received an email off Spartoo saying they have received the order I have returned and I also have not had any money back! I am not happy about this at all as it is not professional and I want my money back ASAP.

Spartoo.co.uk does not currently ship to the United States, so I am afraid maybe you are mistaken as to which company you are speaking of? Or, in the case that you did in fact make your purchase from Spartoo.co.uk, would you be so kind as to send me the details of either your order number, or your email address or your name that you used to place the order so that I may have a look? We have a policy of free delivery and free returns, and of course a full refund is normal procedure for a return, unless the customer prefers an exchange or a credit note.
