I purchased a 2017 tesla modle s p100d with gap insurance. Vehical was totaled in a motor vehicle accident on december 23, 2025 my auto insurance covered vehicle value gap covered there portion and spanos where to refund my leanholder the service contract of $4,473.41 I have made multiple calls to spanos requesting this to be done so I can close out this vehicle loan with no avail, last person I spoke to was last week on april 22 2025 and asked to speak to spanos manager by the name of patrick, I explained my case and I wanted to know why this is taking so long to proccess, he stated to me that he would followup and I have still have not heard back. I called my leanholder to see if money was applied from service contract refund and was told it was not. All I am asking is for refund to be applied to loan so I can close this account.
