Headquarter Nissan of Columbus I'm really mad about the customer service me and my husband are getting!

I'm really mad about the customer service me and my husband are getting! I've been taking my *** there for five years, and we just bought a 2022 *** On *** at *** we took it in for a scheduled appointment 'cause of safety recalls! At first, they said it would take 5-7 hours. The loaner we got was way smaller and dirty, but we didn't complain 'cause we wanted to be nice. But then, we didn't hear from a service advisor on Wednesday or Thursday, so we called on Friday morning at 8 and they said the parts would be in by 10. At the end of the day, I called 'cause they didn't update me. The service manager is nowhere to be found. The customer rep was so rude. Today, my husband called again but nothing happened. When we got there with a year old and a *** old, they hadn't done anything at all! Having supply chain problems is one thing, but not communicating and giving terrible customer service is totally not okay, so we're gonna go to another dealership for our service needs!

paint repair on 2/29 the salesman Chris T told me and my fiancé that the chipped paint and dent on the drivers side door and the passenger door would be fixed at no cost. While he was showing us the car he was courteous and took the car to get it detailed while we filled out loan papers. When we went to the parking lot to get in the car he told us that he had not seen that but they would take care of it ,to just bring it back. I called a few weeks later and he told me that they could not repair the paint when it is raining. I asked when could I bring it in and he said on a Wednesday after 10 am when it is not raining. The COVID 19 crisis happened and I had to wait. May I made an appointment to have oil and tires rotated along with the paint. When I went to pick up the car I was told they could not fix it because the paint was chipped and would have to be sent to there body work specialist. I asked if they were paying for that and was told no. I called Chris T and asked him about it and he told me that was not what he had said and that they were definitely not paying. I asked him was he kidding and he said NO. The service department had told me to call back after I spoke with the salesman and they refused to take my calls or return them.

Headquarter Nissan of Columbus I bought a 2016 vehicle from Headquarter Nissan for about 29k after finance charges

I bought a 2016 vehicle from Headquarter Nissan for about 29k after finance charges. Shortly after, the car started stalling. I spoke to my salesperson, who directed me to the general sales manager, Frankie. He provided a loaner car. I've had the loaner for over two months and repeatedly sought updates with little communication from the company. They've cited various issues with my car, from the alternator to the ECM, claiming repairs were made, yet I still don't have my car. Attempts to discuss this with the general manager, Quinten, were unfruitful. The dealership is unprofessional, providing inconsistent information and failing to follow through on promises. I'm still paying for a car I don't possess. Frankie failed to honor the promise of covering my first car payment. I was told my car would be ready and a check delivered, but neither occurred. With another payment due, I contacted Frankie about the check, only to be met with silence.
