My son bought a car from Fayetteville Auto Park, and it took them over 30 days to provide the title paperwork. They said we wouldn't face any late fees because they would date the paperwork accordingly. It didn't sound right, but we thought they knew what they were doing. Finally, we received the title paperwork 47 days after the purchase, but unfortunately, we were charged penalty late fees because the car wasn't titled within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, we only received one key for the car, and when we asked for a duplicate, they told us it didn't come with two keys. So now, in order to have a spare key, we have to spend $170.00 to get a key made because the car key has a FOB. This means we not only have to make car payments, but we also had to pay late fees due to their inability to provide paperwork on time and spend extra money to have a spare key made, which should have been done by the dealership before the sale.

I bought a used car from Fayetteville Auto Park in June . It's been over a year now, and we still haven't received the title for the car. My wife, ***, paid $4500 in cash for a 2006 Toyota Prius. We've been trying to get the title transferred to us since then, but it's been a struggle. We've called and visited the dealership multiple times, but nothing has been resolved. They told us that the car was originally from another state, and Toyota is having trouble getting the title. We've spoken to Chad ***, who is the Sales Manager, Daniel ***, another Sales Manager, and Vanessa ?, who works in the title office. We just want them to either give us the proper title for the car or take it back and refund our money.

I bought a car from Fayetteville Auto Park's used car section. The salesman was a bit of a problem right from the start, but I still went ahead with the purchase. I have text messages from the salesman that prove what I'm saying. I specifically told him that my local bank had already approved me for financing. He said he could give me a better interest rate. I told him that I only wanted my credit checked ONCE, and if he couldn't beat my bank's rate, I would stick with them. He agreed to only check my credit once. When I went to sign the papers, they tried to charge me a higher rate than my bank. When I pointed out the mistake, the guy handling the paperwork said, "You're right, thanks for catching that." He fixed the rate, but as I kept signing, I noticed that the loan was from a different bank than what I was told. The next week, I got a bunch of letters saying my credit was denied because they checked it more than once.

On 12-27-2022, I traded off a vehicle I had bought from Honda of Fayetteville. The next week, I had to drive up there to cancel the extended warranty. When I gave them my paperwork, they told me it would take 4-6 weeks to get my refund. So on [protected], I called assurant to check if they got the cancelled paperwork, they said they haven't received it and that the dealership was the one who issued the refund. I contacted Honda of Fayetteville again on Feb 1st about the status. They called me back and said it was in process and that they were waiting for the paperwork from the previous lender. I sent them pictures on 2-1-2023 showing that the account was closed. I never heard anything back. In the voicemail Honda left me, they said it could take another 6-8 weeks since it was in the middle of the process, which is not what I was originally told. I live 45 minutes north of Fayetteville, so I don't like having to drive and waste gas to resolve an issue that shouldn't have happened. Also, it doesn't take 6-8 weeks for a lender to find out if the vehicle has been traded. I showed them proof that on Jan 4th, 2023, the vehicle was paid off.
