Planet Nissan is a bad business. They made me sell my car with force from a sales guy who knew I lived alone. I told their people and they said the sales guy would stop texting me. But he didn't and I was scared so I left the state. I can't exchange the car or go back to my lease. The sales guy kept harassing me but the company didn't do anything even though I was forced to sign the loan.

I had to get my battery changed at Planet Nissan and they forgot to reset my odometer. I had to drive 30 miles before I realized it. Then, my windshield cracked. HEATH said he would call me the next day to make an appointment to replace it, but he never did. I called five times and still couldn't get anything resolved. The service at Planet Nissan is terrible. Lawyers, be careful. They say things they can't produce, like a callback on Thursday, January 27th. It's covered by warranty and guarantee, so they should replace my windshield at my home.

I went to Planet Nissan on Feb 9, 2021 for oil change. The guy there offered me E Oil change package of 3 for $81.66. It includes E oil change, washer drain, and oil filter change. They also gave me a complimentary car wash clean, which all dealerships provide. Recently, I went back for oil change on June 30th. I had an appointment time of 1030am. I came in, and the guy (Ruben Flores) said 3 hour wait. I said, "yes", I can wait 3 hours. By 130pm, still no update, people who came in after me, finished first. So, I went to front desk and asked. Apparently, they still have not touched it. So I said, "I just want my car out and please give me the keys". Receptionist said, "the guy will work on it and finish in 10mins." When I got my car back, the "SERVICE" that was promised is not properly done. Car has not been washed. I checked the oil dipstick inside and noticed brackish oil still in dipstick, which should not be the case if it's properly done.

They lied about the truck they sold me at night and hid the damage on purpose. I called them this morning when the sun was up and saw the damage. I asked if I could bring the truck back or if they would fix it, but they said they were too busy. The paint is also starting to bubble up. I did everything online and picked a truck, but they said they didn't have it and gave me a different one that is not the same. The manager told me it was my fault for not seeing better in the dark. I am very upset and will never do business with Nissan again. This dealership has no morals or scruples. I want them to fix the truck or give me my car back. I will contact Nissan corporate about this deceitful dealership.
