We just returned from a Southwest Vacation that we booked under res#F9R91304 from Oct 7-12. This was shown as a 5 star resort and it was far from it. The hotel is split into Privelage and non Privelage which in itself is insulting. We paid to stay at a 5 star and were treated like second class. The alcohol was low end and the rum tasted like gasoline. You could not control your room temperature and despite that I asked every day having to go to the lobby to do so to turn it to 70 it remained at 74 throughout. We asked for milk for our coffee also every day and never got it. The sports bar had no food and only opened at 1700. I have been to three other resorts in Jamaica and they all opened by noon at least and all had food. We missed all the games we wanted to watch as a result. The overall biggest disappointment was the beach. On the "non-privelaged" side it was small, rocky and almost impossible to walk into without getting hurt not to mention all the grass and the water was at my knees all the way to the rope where they cut off the beach and I am 5'2" tall! The flights were a disaster. Leaving BWI there was at least an hour and a half delay over a bathroom door. Coming back there was a death on our flight at the time of boarding which obviously is no ones fault and a tragedy but the communication was terrible and we sat hour after hour with little to no information and when we did get any we had to stand in line for it for hours. Our flight was ultimately cancelled and we did get accomodations but only after many hours at the airport and waiting for transportation only to return the next day to another two hour delay waiting for the flight crew. It was a vacation disaster and we did receive a $200 voucher but it was far from enough compensation to make up for all the trauma. I will think twice going forward booking through Southwest Vacations going forward as I cannot trust that a 5 star resort was advertised and was far from 5 star. In the past I have been happy with Southwest Vacations but this time was the worst vacation I ever experienced and my group was traumatized by the entire experience.

Desired outcome: We would like further compensation for the experience which was horrific.
