I live on a fixed SSI income and I been at same residence since 2015 I paid my deposit when first moved in I got a letter saying that I was being charge 75 dollars for a security/additional deposit because of my Bill is not on paid in full every month which it not right I tried to explain that I have other bills and I only get a monthly check I pay as much as I can in November my entire bill was paid and there was no past due but now the bill says 111.00 because they charged 75 deposit my bill has been high because of the extra stuff that is on the bill I never had a bill that was 100 yet they want to charge 75 dollars to someone who has a hard time already paying the full amount they took me off the discount I had and never received anything telling me. This is wrong how is some one who has trouble paying entire bill monthly going to pay a 75 additional deposit when I don't have it now that they did this it never be paid I live on 914 month and have other bills thanks to South west gas I have no hot water and no way to cook im contacting the three on your side and whoever else to let them know what South west gas is doing I been a good customer since 2015 there no way that 75 will get paid because of them my gas will be turned off and which will cause to have no hot water or a way to cook food. I can not afford to pay another deposit and my daughter who is a paralegal and works with a attorney is going to find out if South west can be sued for emotional distress that exactly what they have done. Please take off that 75 dollars I can't even afford to get my car fixed or go to dentist and now south west gas trying to extort a "security/additional deposit bull

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and the additional deposit of 75 to be removed from my bill and to be put back on the. Discount I was on.

I was charged a security/additional deposit of 75 on my current bill making the bill 111.72 and they want it on December 18. I live on a Fixed 914 month income and I never had a disconnect or a notice and the highest my bill ever been was 82 in March 2023 and every month I pay as much as I can I do have other bills I got to pay and I try to explain that I pay what I can and still be able to pay my other bills this 75 that I'm being made to pay is not something that I'm able to do and all it going to cause is for me to even get more behind and not be able to get caught up I'm finally back on track And have no past due how can they expect to get 75 additional deposit from someone that already has hard time paying entire bill monthly now. And the bill has went up and they don't deduct for all the time that I had no hot water im having enough trouble paying all the bills I pay now South west gas took me off the EEP program I can't afford to fix my car or go to dentist how it is now I get a bill for 111.00 because of a 75 additional deposit that was added I paid my deposit in 2015 and when I turned it off in 2017 I paid again to turn on again in 2017 It not fair that south west gas is unfairly billing what they are calling additional deposit how csn they expect to get a 75 additional deposit from someone who already has trouble with paying the whole bill every month now. It due December 18 and I'm sorry but I will not have no 111.00 or 75 I will pay my regular bill and it not no 75 or 111.00 I hope this gets fixed so I don't have to contact someone higher up or the three on your side. You have caused emotional distress because of you charging a deposit which u already charged once already.
